Kim Facey (Kooking with Kim)

My life as a cookahoic

When you get married at 18 and have never really cooked meals become an adventure!  For the first year of marriage my husband and i survived on tacos and ribs with a few burgers thrown in for good measure.  Before you knew it there were children on the way and I had to start thinking “healthy”  I also had to start thinking frugal as we raised our family on one income.  With a lot of practice I not only learned to bake and cook from scratch but realized i loved it!

Lori is a great believer in science; she loves to learn  how things work and why.  She’s worked for some of the largest companies in the world in the pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries.  She has also worked in some of the most challenging companies…her own.

A biochemist, Lori has over 20 years of corporate experience in quality management, regulatory affairs and research and development. She is an ISO lead auditor, certified HACCP Manager and a registered LACF Manager CFR 113.  [Don’t …
